We are a team of passionate professionals and experts who have been supporting Polish gastronomy for years. Our experience spans over 10 years of active work in the industry, in nearly every role.

We are not theorists. Our knowledge is the result of hundreds of hours spent in kitchens and dining rooms, analyzing processes and implementing changes that bring real results. That’s why in our work we focus on building strong teams, optimizing processes, and creating unique guest experiences.
We operate based on unique, proprietary methods that work equally well in small, independent venues as they do in large restaurant chains. We combine hard data with creative thinking, helping our clients build brands that stand out on the market and grow effectively. Our goal is not only to solve current challenges but above all to develop long-term strategies for the future.

For years, he has supported the development of modern restaurant concepts in Poland and across Europe, working with independent venues, restaurant chains, patisseries, and catering companies. He is a mentor at the FoodTech.ac accelerator, where he helps startups develop innovations at the intersection of food and technology. His interests include Food Policy and the influence of culture and ideology on the way we consume. He is an alumnus of the Global Shapers Warsaw Hub – an initiative of the World Economic Forum in Davos. He has visited 51 countries, exploring culinary traditions and local gastronomic contexts.
